That means around 1.6 million theory test’s were taken last year alone. There was around 857,000 passes making the national average.

Around 880,000 men took the theory test and there were around 430,000 passes making the overall pass rate for men around 48%.

Less women took the theory test there were around 794,000 tests, but 425,000 passes making the national average for women 53%.
